Hello there

Upto 2 bedroom furnished house or flat wanted for disabled single gent (33) quiet person recent move from england (must be at least fully furnished in living /kitchen area have my own bedroom furniture etc......

Please note i am a disabled person however i will be claiming DHSS for myself towards rental costs do not have a large deposit to speak of at this time but can prove income and hopefully some arrangement could be made however the rent CAN be paid on a weekly/ two weekly basis untill paper work is complete for monthly rental not looking for something posh nor humble just something in the birchgrove /llansamlet area please big ask i know but i post this in hope that someone is willing to take a chance and help others... :)

Please note all rent payments would be made via bank transfer bond payments via cash with receipt etc......

So to sum it up i need upto a 2 bed in the birchgrove/llansamlet area have no bond (that would have to be on an arrangement CAN prove income rent would be via bank transfer weekly/ two weekly to start untill monthly can be arranged.
