Job Title: Flex Developer.
Location: South Wales - commutable from Swansea, Carmarthen, Llanelli, Neath, Port Talbot, Bridgend or Cardiff.
Salary: Competitive Salary according to market - negotiable, dependent upon experience.
Start Date: September/October 2009.


We are currently working alongside a successful and growing company in South Wales, whose primary business is the development of business systems and bespoke software/web applications for a broad range of customers throughout the UK. As part of this continued growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic Flex (MXML) Developer to join their expanding team.

Within this role, you will enjoy complex development activities within a cutting-edge development environment, which will include Flex (MXML & AS3). The successful candidate for this position should have an abundance of enthusiasm and drive to succeed within an already successful Development team.

Within this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative applications with Flex (MXML & AS3) in an Agile development environment.

It is anticipated that the successful candidate will have the following skills/experience:
*proven commercial experience with Flex (both MXML and Actionscript 3.0).
*experience of working within a team environment.
*ideally have commercial experience of working in an Agile development environment, but must at least have a notional understanding of such development environments.
*should be knowledgeable regarding Design patterns.
