Bonus paid monthly on like for like sales and bonus paid quarterly for standards and services

This is a great opportunity for an existing Assistant Manager of a high volume restaurant to join this fast expanding ‘Investors in People’ company. The site is in the centre of Cardiff and is very busy – especially in the summer and Christmas season. There is very good support for the new Assistant Manager from the General Manager and existing Assistant Managers and although the company is expanding and this is one of the top brands to work for and you will be rewarded for your hard work and enthusiasm.
