Can you help?

I want to learn some basic Mandarin as I'm off to China in February to volunteer in a school for four and a half months. Can't afford to pay silly amounts.

Live up in the Vallies, work just outside Cardiff. Went to University in Swansea.
Can happily meet anywhere to suit.
