I am a 30 year old working professional I have a 3 bedroom semi detached property in Killay, 10mins from the city centre.

I have a large furnished double bedroom available with built in cupboards for rent that has off road parking for two cars and a large garden with decked patio furnished with chairs, table and bbq, great for BBQ's as well as large open plan modern kitchen, which has washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge & freezer, - dining room and a separate large living room with a big tv (NTL).

I have wooden floors throughout and the house is fully alarmed.

It would only be myself living there.

Outside my house I have a bus stop which runs every 10 minutes, which is very handy on a night out.

The local amenities are excellent, I have 3 local pubs, 2 supermarkets, off-licence, dvd and video rental shop, 2 hairdressers, beauty salon, betting shop, Chinese and chip shop, Indian takeaway, post office, butchers, chemist, news agents, health food store, libary and local taxi service.

I work all week and like socializing and chilling out at the weekend. I would like to find a professional house mate who is friendly, honest and tidy, long or short term available.
