Up for a reluctant sale is my Ashdown FA60DSP Class A valve amp. This amp is roughly 3 years old and I bought it from new. I paid £500 for this amp when I bought it but as it has been discontinued they are becoming rarer and no longer go at bargain prices, except this one.

It is 100% in working order and is a real workhorse of an amp. It comes with Ashdown special 4 way footswitch so you have every sound you could possibly need all in one amp.

This amp can play everything from country to indie to blues to rock to metal and gives everything you need without the use of effects/distortion pedals. The pure class A valve tone is unbeatable and not surprisingly the bass response is second to none, but then what would you expect from the worlds No.1 bass amp manufacturer. The clean channel holds its head up high to any fender sound and also has a gain in there so you can achieve that crunchy blues sound, the dirty channel is where the amp really shines though; pure valve driven tone at its finest. There is also a gain boost on the drive channel which when used properly gives amazing feedback. You can switch between 2 master volumes too as well as turning on and off the internal DSP effects and all this is at the touch of your feet with the footswitch.

I have gigged the amp a couple of times and have used this amp in the studio and also at home, you can get great tones at lower volumes but nicer when cranked up as with all valve amps though!

I am selling for £300 which I think is a bargain for this class of amp. Also included in this price is a custom amp cover made by ROQSOLID. So even more of a bargain!
