very dodgy landlord (name stephen). He has a friend who lives opposite and will watch you from his house, and when landlord's back for the weekend, he watches the house through the window as well. Knows everything you do in the house (no idea how).
Big problems getting deposit back (quite a few people had to leave with nothing). Constantly lies and never does what he promissed.

At first gives the impression of friendly and laid back guy, but in reality he's some kind of maniak. I'm just sharing my personal experience in hopes that it will save others from trouble. Try to stay away from that house.
