I'm looking for one person (student or non student) to replace me in a city centre located house in swansea. Due to unforeseen circumstances my situation have unfortunately changed and i need someone to take my place.
The house is just a few minutes from the city centre, the Tesco Extra store, and the Swansea Met Uni campus.
Kitchen with new washing machine, fridge and freezer, microwave, oven, everything you need.
Friendly house mates (who I will miss), two guys and a girl all studying at Swansea Met.
A very huge and spacious room.
