This Regional Build company require a Senior QS to work out of their Neath Office covering projects in Neath and Swansea. The company are celebrating a decade of success and look forward to forging ahead with a sustained building program that should see their turnover triple.
Looking to the future the firm are forging ahead and have secured contracts worth a projected £12 million over the next two years.
 
Forthcoming developments in Neath include a project of flats and bungalows for Ty-Twyn-Teg, the re-development of the former Talk of the Abbey into commercial properties, 40 flats and underground parking, plus the former Co-op in Alfred Street, is being transformed into 19 flats .
 
In neighbouring Swansea, the Apostolic Church in St Helen's Road is to be converted into commercial premises and 19 flats, and at Barnsbury Terrace in the Hafod 5 houses are due to built. Gowerton Magistrates courts are to be developed into 12 flats, plus the creation of 12 flats and 18 town houses at Trinity St, Gorseinon.
