Chef De Parties required for Swanseas finest 4 star hotels

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a rewarding role within some quality driven environments where a passion for food is at the heart of the business. I am recruiting on behalf of Swansea's finest 4 star hotels!

Our ideal candidates will have worked in a 4 star hotel environment and have a proven track record of success take your career to the next stage.

You will need to have a passion for food and the ability to assist the Sous Chef in all aspects of running a successful kitchen.

You will hold relevant NVQ or City & Guilds certificates and Basic Food / Hygiene Certificate

Have good communication skills and the ability to work on own initiative
