Hi, I'm sat here wondering why I'm not out on a Saturday night and even why I haven't been out in Swansea for a long time.

I've decided I need more friends (sounds pretty desperate, huh?)

There must be a bit more to life than work, kids, family so I'd like to widen my social circle and meet new people. I'm looking for friends both male and female who might like to keep me company on the occasional outing for things like going to the cinema to see a film, maybe the Grand to see a play/show, or just a pint and a chat in a pub, or even to try out a restaurant for a meal. Or anything else you may suggest.

I'm 43 and married with 3 kids, (my wife is happy in front of the box most of the time and doesn't begrudge me looking to go out once in a while). I like film, comedy, history, science fiction, and various other things. I'm open to suggestions.
