Job Description

As the General Manager you will be responsible for the overall operation and day to day running of your unit.

The General Manager is also responsible for the training and development of the team, ensuring this is carried out to the company standard so that you and your team can achieve your full potential.

Required Experience

As a General Manager you must have previous experience within a licensed environment. A background in leisure experience would be advantageous but certainly late licence sites.

Full financial knowledge is essential as you will have full P&L accountability for your site.

Salary and Benefits

The starting salary for this role is £23,000 and a competitive benefits and bonus package are available.
