A great opportunity exists for a Kitchen Manager who would like to progress their career within a quality hotel with an excellent reputation including a great opportunity to learn new skills.

Job Description

Our client is a privately owned boutique hotel currently closed for extensive refurbishment.
The hotel is due to re-open in April.

The hotel boasts in excess of 20 bedrooms and a rosette restaurant well-known for serving exceptional food under the careful watch of their Michelin star executive chef

Required Experience

The hotel requires a very good Kitchen Manager who is a great team leader and would like to learn and develop their career further within a quality environment.
As the Exec chef divides his time between more than one property, the ideal candidate will have the ability to take charge and direct the kitchen in his absence.
Basic food hygiene is a requirement
Experience in a new opening will be preferred but not essential

Salary and Benefits

The starting salary for this role is £20000- £24000 depending on experience.
A very achievable bonus structure forms part of the position.
