Class timetable:

MONDAY EVENINGS: Restarts 6th October
venue: St. Helen's Primary School, Vincent St. Sandfields (behind Joes Icecream)
7.00pm Bollywood Fusion Aerobics: work out to funky east west fusion music of rap, R & B & Indian Bhangra fused with the music from Bollywood. Also includes toning exercises and relax and stretch section.

TUESDAY EVENINGS: restarts 16th September
venue: Dunvant Social Centre, Dunvant Square
6.30pm Aerobics & Body Toning: fun aerobics followed by effective body toning exercises and stretching and relaxation to finish off.
7.30pm Pilates for Beginners - strengthen, tone your whole body, especially core abdominals and bring your body into correct alignment, relieve stress and back troubles.

WEDNESDAY EVENINGS - Holy Trinity, Parkway, Sketty Park (call to register interest for these classes)
6.30pm Cardio-Kickboxing for women - an aerobic workout to music using kicking and punching techniques, great for both upper and lower body, excellent for stress relief
7.30pm 'Tone the Zone' blast out those legs, bums and attack those abs, this workout also uses resistance bands and small hand weights.

THURSDAY EVENINGS from SEPTEMBER - St. Hilary's, Killay:
6.30pm Bollywood Fusion starts 9th October
7.30pm Pilates 10 week course (prebooking required) starts 11th September
