A well established call centre currenlty requires an exerienced administrator with customer service skills.
We are based in the heart of swansea and require a reliable, organised administrative assistant with great attention to detail.
Duties Include:
Data Entry
Booking appointments
Managing incoming calls
Dealing with customer queries
General administration.
Must have experience in:
Microsoft Outlook 2007
Microsoft word 2007
Microsoft Excel 2007
Hours are 11 am - 7.30pm with a starting wage of £6/hr.
Proven administrative experience and references will be required.
