Craniosacral Therapy is an effective treatment in many conditions including;

It is a deeply relaxing and non invasive therapy that encourages the body to release pattern of constriction held in the tissues leading to realignment of the body and enhanced vitality. You do not need to have any particular heath issues to benefit from a treatment.
