Come and join our fun women only workouts at St. Hilary's Church on Thursday evenings.
7.30pm Pilates for Beginners: Tone and firm up your whole body
Pilates is a unique system of slow and controlled exercises which tone and condition the body from the inside out. Pilates works the mind and body in harmony. It's emphasis is on strengthening the core of the body i.e. abdominals, pelvis and spine, which will in turn correct your posture and bring your whole body into correct alignment, reduce stress and improve your health.
Advance booking required. £35 for 10 week course.
Course start dates: September 11th - Nov 20th.
