Project Manager/Architectural Technician role, South Wales

- Working for a building and architectural services company
- Currently working on a nursing home and sheltered accommodation in Porthcawl plus have recently completed a nursing home in Bridgend
- Have sites where the proprietor wants to invest £6 million in the near future, so a lot of design work on these
- Project management of projects currently on site, including dealing with contractors, estimating costs, materials, etc
- Package can include accommodation and performance related bonus, being based on delivering projects on schedule and within budget

You will:
- Have very good networking skills and social skills
- Be able to generate new business and develop 40% of the overall work with external clients
- Multitask: office work and project management on site, be the interface for the company, keep control of costs and materials
- Be driven and ambitious, rewards will follow performance. The proprietor will share profits with staff
- Have an ability to run an office
- Generally have a good knowledge of construction and property
- Have good technical and design skills and be able to work within a team
