I've recently moved into a large 3/4 bedroom 2 bathroom victorian town house, the house has been completely refurbished to a very high standard, what i'm looking for is a female tennant to pay 50 pounds a week rent all bills included, sounds too good to be true? well yes as the tennant must do the cleaning, dusting, hoovering of all communal areas of the house. this is why the rent is so low. I'm a clean tidy person and I dont expect my bedroom to be cleaned, I wash my own clothes and am a very good cook, somebody foreign would be a bonus as i'd love to learn a language, dutch, spanish, greek, italian, french.
Must be laid back and easy to get along with and have a good sense of humour. age looks unimportant as i'm looking for a tennant/cleaner not a girlfriend..The house is a ten minuite walk to the town centre
