I am 24 yrs old and am mature/reliable. I work in pontardawe and am therefore interested in moving to the area or relatively close by. I drive a works van but am not able to go far with it.

What I am looking for is either a single 1 bed studio/flat to rent by myself or to share a flat/house with friendly/joyful people. I would like a garden or some outdoor space to be included as well as landlord willing to allow hygienic cats and rabbits. I am an artist also, so some space to paint etc is needed.

I would be happy to hear all offers but no conmen please
