I have two rooms to offer in a four bedroom house situated 5 minutes from Swansea city centre, and two minutes from Swansea Metropolitan University. The property is furnished.
The 1st room is a small single room with a sea view over Mumbles, and is priced at £180 per calendar month.
The 2nd room is a larger single room, again with a view over Mumbles, and is priced at £200 per calendar month.
Gas and water rates are included in rent, electricity is approximately £5-10 per week each, with TV licence payment in a rota for each person over a 5 week period.
New tenants must be willing to sign contract for at least 10 months
