Our fountains are presented on illuminated bases and are manned by two uniformed staff to serve your guests and to keep the dipping foods topped up. We maintain high food hygeine standards by serving your guests as we build the fruit kebab and cover it in chocolate for your guests, this way your guests are not handling food items with bare fingers.we use Barry Callebaut chocolate which is a very nice tasting chocolate and it is also nut free.it is also a couvurture chocolate which means that it contains atleast 32% cocoa butter solids and therefore does not need any oil added to it, unlike some of the other cheaper chocolates being used.
We are a full time company who care a great deal about our reputation not some cowboy company doing it on the cheap to earn a few extra quid at the weekend. We hold full public liability insurance, valid food hygeine certificates and our equipment is electrically PAT tested(does your chosen company have these, you should check). if you hire the cowboys to do it on the cheap you are asking for trouble at the venues and you could end up with a bill from your venue for cleaning carpets etc when guests have been left to help themselves, don't forget there is usually alcohol at most parties and when people are let loose on a chocolate fountain when they are under the influence it usually leads to a right mess. please keep this in mind when you are choosing your company.
