I am a fully qualified chef with over 10 years experience including 1,2&3 rosette restaurant experience.
I have worked for a large hotel, big events company, gastro pub and also restaurants. I have a wide variety background in catering.
I have recently beeen made redundant and finding that there aren't as many job going through agencies, hence this advert.
I live near Caerphilly and would be prepared to drive within an hours radius of there.
