I am looking for either a flat or a bedsit for just me. (single bloke 37yrs old working full time).
I would be interested in any self contained property, not bothered as to it being a flat or a bedsit. I am a quiet bloke who just wants to have somewhere where i can close the front door and be left alone. Dont want to share with anyone!
Not bothered about the numbers of bedrooms or whether its got a bath rather than a shower.
The only stipulations are that it needs to be clean, tidy.
I would rather furnished, basic furniture than unfurnished.
Looking for something in the Swansea area upto £100-£120 a week.
