Sous Chef needed for this extremely busy conference and events site. As Sous Chef you must be from a quality volume establishment, able to cope with high numbers at fine-dining standard.
Sous Chef Requirements:
*A solid Chef background, fine dining and volume experience a must
*Extremely high hygiene standards
*Proven ability to manage a large kitchen brigade
*Flexibility with hours
*Able to get to Swansea, preferably with own transport, easily accessible from the M4
Salary and Benefits
The salary is approx £25,000 per annum plus company benefits
