As my course end on November, I need a short term rent a.s.a.p. My current room will be unavailble on 30/08/2009. I want to choose a single room, either in a house or a flat, for a double bed, individual bathroom, if possible. And as I heard from my friends that a lot of contract prices including all the bills, so may I ask for this, please.
