A Regional Contractor requires Quantity Surveyor's of all levels to join their rapidly expanding company. The company had an annual turnover of £1m last year but have a projected turnover of £10 million next, hence the need to take on QS's with immediate effect. The company carries out a wide range of construction projects including Domestic Refurbishment, New Build, Commercial and Industrial fit outs and D&B. Their office is currently based in Mumbles but due to the large increase in order book they will be moving to bigger premises in Margam in February. They are looking for QS's who have a minimum of 18 months experience and are looking to carve out a successful career, right up to more Senior QS who can take the company forward over the next few years.
