I will be giving an open day sign up on Friday 25 September, 1800-1930
at the Vivian Hall Blackpill, Swansea. I have just returned from Belgium
after running an organisation for the last 22 years. Tae Kwon Do fitness
and self defence courses are beneficial for fitness, well-being and balance
for children and also for adults who want to destress. Please view my

Tea will be served after a free Tae Kwon Do lesson of 30 minutes.
