I have a large fully furnished room to rent, with king size bed. All bills are included in the rent price. The house is a three bedroom house, with all necessary appliances in kitchen, and a large garden.

The house is decorated in modern design and there is the use of sky+, wireless internet and telephone. Council tax is not included, and there is a £300 deposit which will be returned in full, and full contract will be provided. All required equipment in the house such as washing machine and dryer. There is a large garden and storage space if required. Additionally if you do not have a computer, there is fully use of one in the study. There is a shower and bath, and a second toilet.

The house is about 10 mins from fforestfach tescos, but there are local shops for convenience too. Additionally the house is about 10 mins away from the motorway and train station. There are buses running all the time to Swansea city centre too.

I am a live in landlady, but incredibly laid back. I do want to have a tidy housemate, and someone who is willing to share the chores. Any one is welcome for any length of time.

I do have a cat and dog, but i do not expect my housemate to look after them in anyway.
