Sales Customer Support Assistant
A vacancy has arisen in a busy West Wales office. Our client is looking for an Assistant in their Customer Services/Sales Department.
Reporting to the Customer Services Manager you will be the first line of contact for customers, both domestic and commercial. You will be expected to deal with queries professionally and efficiently. Processing funds and payments received and inputting information accurately on their system in line with company policy.
You will be sales orientated and outgoing with the ability to communicate at all levels with clients and colleagues alike.
Basic salary plus commission structure.
Educated to secondary or higher education level.
Previous experience of sales/customer services environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong telephone manner with the ability to remain calm and professional when under pressure.
Experience or understanding of IT systems.
Ability to work on your own initiative.
A positive attitude.
