Initially part time (Hours to be agreed)
Salary - £6.50p/h
Working in a busy front office dealing with customer order and quotation processing and progressing of outstanding orders and relevant materials.
1. Type and word-process various documents and electronic information.
2. Manage, organise, and update relevant data using database applications.
3. Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and enable operations and effective service to customers.
4. Interpret instructions and issues arising, and then implement actions according to administrative policies and procedures.
5. Research and investigate information to enable strategic decision-making by others.
6. Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials for which the role has responsibility.
7. Initial entry of quotations and orders, ready for processing
8. Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information
9. To be the primary point of contact for all general enquiries to the office, whether by telephone, email or in person callers.
