Office Manager
An Office Manager role has become available within a Public Sector organisation based in Swansea.
You will be working closely with the Chief Executive Officer establishing, implementing and maintaining an effective administration system relating to:
- Corporate Governance
- Personnel Management
- Information Technology and Business Continuity
- Management Structures
- Strategic Alliances
- Development of Performance and Excellence You will act as line manager to the Administration Team, managing the administration workload and advising on training needs and ensuring all HR systems are in place.
You will have responsibility for specific areas of corporate governance, by keeping abreast of current legislation and good practice. These areas may include: child protection, equity, health and safety and constitution.
Starting salary £20,000. Holidays 22 days per year, rising to 25 in subsequent years.
You excellent organisation skills will be utilised in this varied role.
You will be dependable, articulate and have excellent communication skills.
