I am a professional woman (university lecturer) whose wonderful housemate is unfortunately leaving the country. I am thus looking for another woman with whom i can share this beautiful 7-room home in Cymgwyn (upper Sketty). Professional women and Post-graduate students welcome. You would have your own large, light, airy room with a very comfy double bed and large built-in wardrobe in a lovely part of swansea, close to the gower, and within walking distance of the University, Sketty cross and the Uplands. The rest of the house would also be yours to share including the large living room, front room, kitchen, and extra 'dining' room, loft space, as well as the full range of appliances, wireless internet, and satellite. It is a relatively large house, with a very friendly atmosphere. There is also a garage, but that is full of motorcycles, so not much spare space, but i also have a separate parking spot just in front of the house, off the main road off the driveway that is available! Dogs are also welcome-assuming they are housetrained, of course, lol, and we are afraid we can't offer a home to cats, or smokers of ANY type and cats that smoke are absolutely banned! There is a fenced-in back garden for dogs (and people) to play in, and the house backs onto a lovely park.

Due to circumstances, my partner does not live here but visits occassionally, and we would want any housemate to be tolerant of alternative lifestyles.
Your share of the rent includes everything, and it is open to negotiation. The start date would ideally be 1 August, though it could also be earlier or September.
