Hi all,
ive got a 2 bedroom mid link property for rent in Pontardulais for £450 per month (you would then be responsible for the council tax and Bills). The property has off road parking in front for 2 cars and is situated in a quiet cul de sac. To the rear is a medium sized enclosed garden with garden shed.
The house itself has a separate lounge and kitchen area. Upstairs is the bathroom with a large double bedoom and smaller single room. The house is part furnished in that there is a bed and a wardrobe in the single bedroom, a dining table in the lounge, and the kitchen comes with all white goods. The property is economical to run as it is economy seven heating (when i lived there i was always getting rebates on my Bills).
The house is just off the main bus routes for both swansea and Llanelli, and is 5 mins from the M4. To be honest all my tennants have been happy there as was i. This is a private let, therefor no added agency fees. Referenced DSS considered as are Bond Board.
