I am a young (27), independent professional female looking for a fun roommate who is clean, responsible and respectful of my privacy/space yet able to have a glass of wine (or two!) and a good laugh...sense of humour a must! ;-)

The furnished flat is in a great central location near the beach, shops, restaurants, pubs and more! The room for rent includes a double bed, dresser and wardrobe. There is a full kitchen (including a washing machine!), shared bathroom and spacious sitting and dining area overlooking the marina.

Rent is roughly 400 pounds per month - phone, internet, water, council. Gas and electric bills are received quarterly.

Non-smokers only please and no pets.

References (e.g. previous flatmate, work, etc) are preferred. Two months rent is due upon moving in as the deposit. Please note, there will be a reference check done by the letting agency as well to ensure that funds are sufficient. Fair enough!
