Sous Chef and commis chef positions available for a busy fine dining restaurant with 5 star rooms. Set in the heart of the Gower peninsular.

Sous Chef - Needs to have previous experience of working within a fine dining environment and have a passion for their work. Prove themselves to be able to manage the kitchen operation in the head chefs absence with a positive responsible attitude. Salary of £ 18K p/a with tips and bonus offer.

Commis Chef - Looking for young enthusiastic individual with a passion to learn. Basic training would be an advantage but not essential as full training is given.
