We have two double rooms, in our 400 year old Welsh long house, each has a tv and tea/coffee making facilities..
A modern private bathroom is shared with these two rooms ..£60 each room. per week...Two friends using each room, then will reduce ..speak to me..
OR....Why not pay £80 a week and we will not let the other room, and then you will have a nice bathroom all to yourself .No one else near to you at all...Well worth thinking about..Come and view and see...
We are in a superb location, surrounded by our own 15 acres ..We have donkeys and goats grazing , and we are right next to a lovely country park..
Just off the A48/M4..Cross Hands, Llanelli, Swansea and Carmarthen and Llandeilo all within easy reach, as well as Cardiff and the coast, like the Gower and Tenby, and many many other attractions..Garden room/porch is there, for you to enjoy the views with a glass of wine..
Breakfast or dinner is optional...No problem..

B & B is only £50 per room per night....Private bathroom...

Security deposit will be required for lodgers...No smoking inside our home....Most welcome to view....Phone or text..
