Hiya!
Im a 23 year old professional, looking to share with a young female professional. Im going to be moving to Swansea shortly for work at Morriston Hospital. Im looking to rent a nice 2 bedroom apartment (which I think would be about 300-350 per month each excluding bills) in the Marina SA1 area. Ive viewed a few and they are all nice and seem to be available all the time! (Particularly in the Altamar block, plus this block has water bills! included!)

Im clean and tidy and so would like a housemate who was also tidy! I enjoy going to the gym, cinema, shopping, watching friends and house, and going for coffee and meals :) If sharing with someone, i would like the larger sized room, if there was one, and would be prepared to pay more for this.

Im not just looking for someone to live with, but to make new friends and have a laugh :)
