Sharing with 2 professional gay guys (we're mates, not a couple tho!) and a cute & lively dog. We're a sociable, outdoorsy, greeny, musical, peaceful and fun house, looking for similar minded working professionals who enjoy country life!

Both rooms are large (15x10 feet), furnished, and full of character; upstairs is a lovely suntrap with 2 windows looking out over fields with old oak floors, washbasin and Edwardian wardrobe; downstairs is a cosy room with exposed stone walls, inglenook fireplace (unused), flagstone floor and big window into front garden.

Rent is £325 / month including bills, and shared use of a large kitchen, living room, dining room and study, along with the garden which includes patio, 2 lawns, veggie patch, an orchard, wood and river - you can even grow your own veggies :-)

1.5 miles off M4 Junction 35; 10 minutes drive to Bridgend, 20 minutes to Cardiff, Pencoed train station (on Cardiff - Swansea line) is 15 minutes walk from house.
