I am looking for someone to share a fully furnished large three bedroom house in Mayals Avenue (Blackpill), just next to Clyne Gardens. It would be suitable for professionals or postgraduate students. The house has two lounges, kitchen, bathroom, conservatory and garden to the front and the back of the house. It is a 20-25 minute walk to the university, most of it along the beach. The house is in a very quiet neighbourhood, fairly large and in good condition. You would be sharing just with myself, a 36yo male lecturer in the university. I am a very quiet individual and the neighbours are quite elderly, so parties or loud music are out of the question (sorry for being a killjoy :)). But it's a lovely house with lots of space. So if it is a nice, quiet place you are looking for, this might be for you. Rent is £350 per month plus your share of the bills.
