I have an double bedroom available on a short-term basis available until mid/end September. The property is a two floor, two bedroom and two bathroom apartment. The flat is very large with large kitchen/breakfast area and lounge/dining area. It is based in Neath in a nice location with great views and just a 10 min walk from the train station. It has allocated parking and also just 3 mins jog from Gnoll Country Park.

You’ll be sharing with myself a 29 year old guy, who loves sport, music and the outdoors. You’ll probably find that I wont be around much anyway as away some weekends and work full time etc.

I do ask that your around the same age, work full time, don’t mind helping with keeping the place clean and wont spend the rest of your waking time plonked in front of the TV!

Open to offers on price (deposit though will be £350) as don’t mind taking in people who only want to use it for a few days a week. Will make bills all inc to save any hassles.
