Receptionist Part Time
Our client is looking for a part time receptionist based in Swansea, to deliver comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to internal clients.
If you are proactive have good planning and organisation skills with the ability to organise your own work load with limited supervision or guidance then this is the job for you!
Duties include
•Receiving, recording, filing and distributing documentation appropriately
•Preparing and formatting documents accordingly with branding guidelines
•Diary management
•Coordinating arrangements (such as travel and meetings) and insuring all appropriate paperwork is completed
•Dealing with company expense claims
•Maintaining client information.
