Hi, i have decided to let out a double room in my bunglow. i live on my own and i am looking for someone to share my Bunglow with. It has a brand new bathroom with bath and shower, brand new kitchen totally refurbished, totally refurbished livingroom with 42" tv with sky hd. i also have internet access and a landline with free anytime local calls. the bunglow is detached and has own drive for parking. all you need to do is bring your own bed as everything you possibly need is here to make you feel comfortable.The Bunglow is set in a semi rural area and is peachful, it is only 2 miles from the main town and about 5 miles from the m4 corridor. I am an easy person to get on with when i am here but spend the mojority of my time at work. I am looking for someone who is in full time employment with no children and is clean and tidy. The price is £300 a month paid in advance and i would also require a £300 bond. If you rented a 1 bedroom flat it would cost you in excess of £500 with all the bills and you would still have to furnish it
