Geting started - I offer an initial 30 minute session where together we explore how counselling/or psychotherapy could help you. If you decide to continue, we can arrange further sessions to suit your needs.

I am fully trained. qualified therapist & supervisor with 16 years of experience I work within the code and ethics of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy.
