Housemate (female please) wanted to share lovely 3-bedroom home in Sketty, with a view of the Gower. Wi-fi is available throughout the house, sky TV, etc... all the amenities, including a lovely garden (in case you have a dog who needs some room to play!).

I live a quiet lifestyle and walk to work at the university. Because my partner lives 250 miles away, i am often away, so you would often have the house to yourself. He visits here occasionally, about 4 times a year, with the children, so if you have a dog, s/he would need to be kid-friendly. There is a dedicated off-road parking spot too (the garage I am afraid is reserved for our motorcycles). This picture is of the back garden in the snow -- i'll upload more later!
