We are looking for a 4/5 bed house house situated in the Swansea area and surrounds, unfurnished and pet friendly preferably with a garden and garage in or near to Swansea. My partner is disabled and receives a monthly rental allowance of £650 pcm from the local authority. We will make up any difference to £800 pcm. Special access is not required. We will pay a bond equal to a months rent and a months rent up front and are more then happy to consider private and agent held properties. I know this may be a tall order but if you or anyone you know can help it is quite urgent.
