Really nice house up in sketty, polished wooden floors, open fires, lounge, dining room, office, garden with gas bbq, large garage etc. There are currently two postgraduate phd students living in the house, and a double room is now avalible. A student would be prefered, as that way no council tax would have to be paid. Both occupents are male, and in to surfing, other sports etc.

The house is a short 15 min walk from the uni, hospital, sports centre, and a 5 min walk from sketty village centre. Please feel free to ask any questions
