Branch Manager Bank Manager

Role & Responsibilities:
- An experienced retail branch manager from the banking sector
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales, service and control targets for the branch
- Regularly review individual and team performance and make effective business decisions to drive the branch forward
- Hold regular team meetings to discuss company information and branch objectives and set out branch and individual targets/focus areas
- Set, monitor and evaluate team and individual targets
- Recruiting new staff and completing staff inductions and monitoring new starters
- Set up a business plan for the branch to ensure all customers achieve highest service levels and branch profits are maximised
