Chef de Partie required for an award winning fine food gastro pub in Mid Wales. The food is locally sourced and makes up a menu that could be described as the best of modern British, European and world influenced fine dining, set in a relaxed setting with a focus on excellent service.

We are looking for reliable , food passionate, applicants with a proven background in multi rosette standard kitchens. The role offers excellent opportunity for progression and creativity within a very well looked after and appreciated staff team. Salary is £15k to £17k depending upon experience, with the option of accommodation if required.
